What if I didn’t get my shipment? Undelivered Shipments

We guarantee our shipments and provide you with a tracking number every time. In the rare event that the carrier loses your shipment AllMedRx Specialty Pharmacy will not issue a refund but will reship your order at no additional cost. In these instances, please contact the pharmacy to arrange for a replacement order.

If you provided wrong shipping address and the package is undeliverable as a result, then you will not receive a refund and will be responsible for paying for a new prescription drug along with the full cost of shipping and handling. The pharmacy will verify the shipping address initially provided using a recording to other written or electronic record.
