Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, we will send your tracking number to the email address you provided. If you can't find your tracking number, you can find it in your order history in your account dashboard.
We guarantee our shipments and provide you with a tracking number every time. In the rare event that the carrier loses your shipment AllMedRx Specialty Pharmacy will not issue a refund but will reship your order at no additional cost. In these instances, please contact the pharmacy to arrange for a replacement order.
We can only ship to the address that is associated with your account. If you're traveling and need extra supply, that won't be a problem - we can fill up to a 90-day quantity as long as your doctor approves.
Currently, we are only shipping with USPS and UPS.
Absolutely! Your prescriptions will be shipped in an unmarked package and tracked from us to you.
